Freedom Ag & Energy is a farmer-owned cooperative with locations in Buckhannon WV, Gassaway WV, Oakland MD, Petersburg WV, Ronceverte WV, Stephens City VA, Weston WV and Winchester VA; each with a rich tradition of serving the agriculture and energy needs of their communities.

Freedom Ag & Energy was founded in 2022 when the seven locations decided to merge to better build their agriculture and retail businesses while expanding their energy offerings, including petroleum and propane. Whether you’re a farmer who has worked with us for decades or a homeowner or local business seeking one of our new services, our commitment to serving our communities has never been stronger. Freedom Ag & Energy acquired their eighth retail location in September of 2023.

In addition to our traditional ag business, we offer products and services for home & garden, pet supplies, animal health, outdoor recreation, heating and cooling, and much more. Our growing energy department serves both business and residential customers.
