Show Program Application

PLEASE READ FOR IMPORTANT UPDATES:

Thank you for making our Freedom Show Program a success this past year. We truly appreciate your continued support and are excited for the upcoming show season. Below is an overview of important information and enhancements to the Freedom Show Program.

Show Program Enrollment

  • Open enrollment will run from February 1st through March 31st
  • Late enrollments will not be accepted
  • All applications must be completed online
  • No paper applications will be available

Program Enhancements

  • We are making updates to better serve our exhibitors and families
  • The program is transitioning from automatic discounts to a point-based loyalty system
  • There will no longer be automatic discounts on show feed, show supplements, show supplies, or shavings
  • This new system offers more flexibility and allows you to choose when to redeem rewards

Loyalty Program Overview

  • $1 spent = 1 Point earned 
  • Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout
  • For every 500 points, you'll receive a $5 reward
  • Purchases and points are tracked automatically
  • The program is open to exhibitors of all species, including cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, equine, poultry, and rabbits

Sign-Up and Participant Benefits

  • Each child will receive a Show Program t-shirt (will be available to pick up in store in May)
  • Participants will receive a $15 reward loaded onto your account that can be redeemed at checkout. 
  • Enjoy competitively priced feed, supplements, and supplies, free gifts and opportunities to receive extra points throughout the year!
  • Notifications will be sent via email or text, so please be sure you are signed up and do not block messages

Feed and Supply Availability

  • We proudly carry Sunglo®, Lindner®, Kalmbach®, Purina®, Show-Rite®, and Umbarger® feeds and supplements (availability varies by location)
  • We strive to stock a wide variety of products but understand individual feeding programs may require specific items
  • Please work with store personnel if you know you will need a specific feed or supplement

Special Orders

  • We can special order Sunglo®, Lindner®, Kalmbach®, Purina®, Show-Rite®, and Umbarger® feeds and supplements (availability varies by location)
  • Sullivan Supply® and Weaver Leather® products are also available by special order
  • Most special orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days
  • Please work with store personnel if you know you will need a specific feed, supplement or supplies. You will be responsible to take any item(s) you special order.

Account and Checkout Information

  • Each child (or family) will have their own account to track purchases
  • At checkout, provide the phone number used on the child’s application
  • Breeders/Parents may not use a child’s account to purchase show feed or supplements for animals being sold for profit

Award Program Updates

  • Award jackets will be available only to Grand Champion winners, including showmanship
  • Reserve Champion awards will no longer be accepted
  • Participants may submit for one award only
  • Qualifying award recipients will receive a $50 reward loaded onto your account that can be redeemed at checkout.

Award Eligibility Rules

  • Online award applications must be submitted within 7 days of the completion of the show
  • Late award applications will not be accepted
  • A minimum purchase of $1,000 in show feed, show supplements, show supplies, and/or shavings is required
  • Awards are available only for exhibitors showing cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, horses, and chickens
