Show Program Application

Thank you for contributing to the success of our show program over the past year! We had an impressive turnout with 434 participants and over 80 awards presented! We are thrilled to welcome this New Year and are eager to serve you, excited to see what our show program can offer!

This program provides rewards and exclusive discounts. We will continue to stock the following brands at our locations: Sunglo®, Purina®, Show-Rite®, Lindner®, Kalmbach®, Kent®, and Umbarger® feed and supplements, availability varies by location. While we strive to maintain a wide selection, keeping up with everyone’s feeding programs can be a challenge. If we don’t have a specific product in stock or if you know you'll need a certain feed or item, please work with store staff to ensure we have the necessary products! Also be mindful that feed vendors have route schedules and order minimums, so the earlier you communicate your needs, the better we can serve you.

Participants who sign up will receive a Freedom Show Program shirt along with a $15 Freedom Ag & Energy gift card. You will also get a Freedom Show Program buying card, which entitles you to a 7% discount on show feed and supplements, and 5% off show supplies and shavings. Please note that this discount applies only to pre-bagged complete show feeds and supplements! We will continue to offer products from Sullivan Supply and Weaver Show Products. If you need a product we don’t have, please reach out! We can special order most show-related items, typically arriving in-store within 5 to 7 business days. Please communicate your needs with our store staff.

Open enrollment runs from January 2nd to April 30th. We will not accept late enrollments. Enrollment remains valid through December 31st, 2025. The application process will be strictly online, with no paper applications available. Each child will have their own account to track purchases, with their account number provided on their buyer card. This buyer card must be presented at checkout to ensure your child receives the discount and that the correct account is utilized. This system allows us to monitor each child’s purchases to confirm they meet the $750 minimum to qualify for awards. Breeders are not permitted to use their child’s account to buy show feed for animals they are selling for profit.

This year, participants who win Grand Champion will receive a Freedom Show Program jacket and a $50 Visa gift card. Those who secure Reserve Champion will receive a Freedom Show Program windbreaker pullover and a $25 Visa gift card.

Rules for Awards:

-All winners must submit the online award application within 30 days after their show concludes. Late applications will not be accepted. All forms must be completed by September 30th. 

-Exhibitors can apply for only one Grand and one Reserve Champion award within a year.

 -To qualify for any awards, a minimum of $750 worth of products must be purchased from us.

-Awards are only available for those showing Cattle, Sheep, Goats, and Pigs.
